I just started working on a corrected AMT 18" Enterprise but I thought I would show some of the modification so far.

Page 2 the neck:

Page 3 the nacelle taper:

Thanks for looking.

Matt,
Nice start! I will be triyng to do that kit justice in the future. Where does one find reference and/or a pattern? I've read that 18" was incorrect, but not how to fix it. I'll be watching and taking note's. Keep up the good work.

when I'm done I'll include a reference list for this project.

Lee, I will most likely go with JT Graphics repacement set. Or I could get a realy fine brush and take a week off work...Whistling [:-^]Big Smile [:D]

Thank you Brian, Paul and Woody I will post more pics on how I make the modifications. The challenge to this seems to be increasing the taper to the nacelles, but I think I have that figured out. I'll keep you all posted.

Last night I started work on increasing the taper to the nacelles. It worked!Mischief [:-,] With primer on for final inspection these pics are hot off the press.

The increase is subtle so it might not be to clear in these pics. I'll have better ones up on the site.

It is subtle, but noticable. Good job!
