I prefer semi-gloss to matt, but than most of my kits aren't finished in the pristine "off the showroom floor" look. Wink [;)]

I do flat finishes....

But it's your model, and Gundams aren't real, so anything goes!

If you're going for a realistic look,I'd say a semi-gloss (or semi-flat as some people say).I think that would be a detail enhancing paint job.Even with multiple colors these projects have.Good luck.

Well is it worn and in use? Is it new and shiny? Think like construction equipment, you see used have some scuff, new are pristine, and old are dented, dirty, chipped, scarred....

Try to think in realistic terms.

Matte
Glossy

You choose...

If it's camo, it's flat, bright colors get the glossy look.
