I've always wanted to build the aqua shuttle from the animated series.

More specifically, here's Resin Ranger's page at Fed, with the TOS shuttle and the V'ger speedboat:
http://www.federationmodels.com/model_kits/resin_ranger/default.htm

And here's the Alliance Models page with ther runabout:
http://www.federationmodels.com/model_kits/alliance/default.htm

And the Fedration Models page with the shuttlepod and workbee:
http://www.federationmodels.com/model_kits/federation_models/default.htm

And the Dual Bee from ACEng:
http://www.federationmodels.com/model_kits/aceng/default.htm

For a few moments in time, DLM sold a beautiful 1/35 resin kit of the Type 7 shuttle from TNG's first season, but I'm guessing it's OOP since it's not on his site any more.

Go to it! :D

There are the individual ones at http://www.federationmodels.com/,
scale might be a problem though.

One thing I'd really like to see is a set of all the various shuttles we've seen in all the Star Trek series. From the TOS shuttlecraft (with that classic butter-dish design!) to Next Generation, to the various Voyager shuttles, and finally the "Enterprise" shuttlepod. I'd love to see them all in one box, (all to scale, of course) and a size that might average 3 to 5 inches long.
I think there'd be a market for it. Anyone agree?
