Dan,

I was wondering if you had downloaded all those AT-ST pics that I put up on my Fotki gallery. I need to make room for some other pics I'm going to post, so if you need more time to download them, please let me know. I will keep the originals on my laptop, so if you need to get them later I can just email them to you.

With that out of the way... how's the build going? Any progress or are ya really busy?

Yes they are in PDF and you can use Acrobat Reader for that, you can download it for free from Adobe.
Some paper models require Pepakura to open them, those are the PDO-files, Pepakura is a program specially made to produce (the retail-version) or to make existing paper models (the free version).

Quick update...

Yesterday afternoon I've been working on a master for the "cheecks", using 5 styrene disks and some milliput (white) and Tamiya putty for finishing.
I'll post pics later on.

Bad new : I've ran out of styrene today and my LHS is closed on Tuesday, so I'll have to wait till tomorrow and see what else I can do...

It looks like your paper model is transfering to styrene very nicely. I had thought about doing something similair with a sandcrawler paper model.

Is it the "Hoth" or the "Endor" version you will be doing ? They are different in shape and finish. I chose the "Hoth" version for two reason
1 I had the templates available on my HardDisk in the form a paper model,
2 the Hoth version is simpler in lines and since this is my first scratchbuild, well... Smile [:)]

Thanks for the comments, guys...StevenQ, the scale is approximately 1/35.
I forgot to mention in my innitial post that this is the version of AT-ST, used in the Battle of Hoth, if this one works out, I'll try a more complicated Endor-version.
However, I will apply a non-Star Wars camo in this one.
