New Colonial Vipers?

Greetings, All!

I have heard some scuttlebutt about new Battlestar Galactica Colonial Mk II Vipers either in production or soon to be for the new BSG; If true, can someone confirm this? I realize they are somewhat different than the classic series, but they are still Vipers no matter what (Although, I admit, building the new Battlestar may be a challenge over the old one!)

Mk IIs would be nice but they look a lot like the old Monogram kit. I'd like to see Mk VIIs.

Just got the word on that NEW Viper kit from the New BSG.

It is studio scale. About fifteen inches long.

As for price:
The price will be 175 Euros. Shipped.
The dollar is too unstable. That’s basically about 234.50 current. Or 220 plus 15 to ship.

Puts it out of my price range. Dead [xx(]

I would only give that for a good sized Disney NAUTILUS.

I'm on the list. Who know when it is going to get released. I am a little nervous about getting stuff from people I don't know though.

I'm still feeling burned on a purchase I made off of the RPF forums. But a nasty little police action in the Middle East has gotten in the way of me getting my kit. What can you do?
