X-Wing conversion
Posted by Anonymous on Friday, March 11, 2005 3:26 PM
I ended up with several Estes North Coast Rocketry X-Wings a while back after describing the engineering failure and first-launch-flight-disaster of mine to the good folks at Estes Industries. I Re-engineered one for nose cone parachute ejection and it worked like a beauty. Anyway, it only seems right to convert one to a static model which leads me to my question. This beauty is 20" long witha wingspan of 18". Please give any input to detail that should be put into this X-Wing to make it look worthy to display. I plan to give it the used look as it should have complete with R2D2. Any comments appreciated. Thanks.Smile [:)]
