Looking for Specific Star Trek Site
Posted by Anonymous on Sunday, March 20, 2005 2:14 PM
Hey there guys! Ok, so here's my problem. I found a really neat website that listed all kinds of Star Trek ships about 2 weeks ago and then my computer went on the fritz.Angry [:(!] It had a description of the ship and its history along the right half of the page and on the left half was a multi view picture of the ship in question with other shots done by different artists in 3D. It had a black background and used the Star Trek looking diplay like from the show. It was great. One of the most indepth ones I'd seen. There was props to lots of people there for there designs and if remmeber correctly Masao was one.

If anyone knows this site, please leave me a link, especially Masao, since I remember his name mentioned on the site. I would really appreciate it. I've been going crazy looking for it.

And for those in the Museum Build, my ship's coming along rather well. I'll have pics on my site soon.

Thanks again all.Big Smile [:D]

Thanks for the quick reply David! But, unfortunatley neither of those are it. I've been to those and they are great. But the one I'm looking for has an all black background with the Star Trek type computer display. I appreciate the help though. Thanks again.

After I posted, I realized that neither matched your description of the black background. Blush [:I]

So much for my comprehensive reading skills. Wink [;)]

Here's another one. Smile [:)]

If anything, until you get the correct answer, try the links section at the above site. There are quite a few listed under Starship References.

Thanks again David. I love this site too and was just there last night. I was pretty sure I found the link to the other from there but a couple of hours searching through all the links and clicking on eveything I just coudn't for the life of me find it. I'm still sure I found it off that last one but like I said can't find it. Besides, it doen't have that LACARs(is that right?) look to it. Thanks again though I very much appreciate it.

Hey there StevenQ. It's going Ok. Between work, wife, kids and home it's going rather slow. Not a whole hell of alot of time on my hands these days. And the that site, isn't it cool! Some great reference stuff in here. Oh and check out this ship I found someoen designing at Scifi-meshes.com. It's huge. He calls is the Leviathan class.

I think you may have to be logged into scifi-meshes to view it though. It's free to sign up. And you can find so many other cool Star trek projects going on. Talk to you later.
