ok, I was asked to see if there was any twin barreled sci-fi tank kits out on the market???/ anyone know????

Depends on the scale but there are quite a few in the gaming genre. Warhammer comes to mind for a ton of subjects matter.

A company called Forge World might make a Warhammer 40,000 Eldar tank.
Maybe even an Imperial heavy tank.

The Gundam series features some nutty multi-barreled tanks. Might be worth a look.
