It's a bit pricey, but well worth it to me. Will be a fantastic kit
if they live up to the quality of the previous ones.

Bit pricey is right but with the level of detail on thier other kits this one should be insane. Can't wait till they get some pics of this up.

Wow! It's pricey, allright.
I have a fine molds' tie interceptor. Haven`t built it, yet. But it does look great.
I wish for some fine molds' AT-AT or ATS
Also a snowspeeder, an A-wing....

I once had the old Ertl Falcon, that thing was a monster! But from all I've read, FineMolds will really do this kit justice. I'll be looking forward to seeing some reviews and photos. Heck I just may have to get this one and the Slave I sometime.
A day in the Corps is like a day on the farm; every meal is a banquet, every paycheck a fortune, every formation a parade... The Marine Corps is a department of the Navy? Yeah...The Men's Department.

Purchasing this one will stretch my monthly budget, but who needs to eat anyway?

That is good news!
Maybe they'll have some news about it at the FineMolds booth this weekend at the Shizuoka Hobby Show.
If they do, I'll let ya know!

Wow!

Still, the model I have is worth two (or more) that I don't. I'm going to finish the AMT Falcon that I bought about ten years ago before I buy a new one.

Regards,

More than 800 parts on 17 sprues?!? Christ!
If it's 43 cm long by 31.7 cm wide, how does that compare with the AMT kit?

I took some good pix of the parts FineMolds had on display at there booth today (at the Shizuoka Hobby Show).
Man, it looks gooooood!
It looks like it isn't much bigger than the old MPC/AMT/AMT/Ertl kit, if not the same size.
I'll post the pix for ya'll when I get back to Osaka.

I know the film props had bits of tank kits stuck all over them but this kinda clears it up for me.
Nice kit , Ive yet to build a Star Wars kit , if I had the cash this would be the first tho.
