Hi everyone. Posting for first time, been busy for awhile with some projects, and sending along pic links to one I'm finally completing, a 1/32 scale Phase II MiG-31. The model is mostly vacformed with some resin parts (if you haven't tried it, DAP makes a urethane foam that fills vacform shells where you aim it, instead of exploding out of the can like others I've tried). Painting and detail work underway; Duplicolor dark grey sandable primer is the base coat, and the panel work is being applied with acrylics, markers, pens, and aluminum tape for the leading edges. Weathering will be done with pencils and soft pastels.
More photos of the prototype buildup in mid-paint, and parts-breakdown for all the vacform masters I used to make the pieces:

Note side-by-side comparison shots of the MiG kit alongside a Revell 1/32 scale F-15C Eagle. Photos of detail parts will be posted soon.
Phase II F-62C Valkyrie II is being built, using the original design as a starting point.
