Well, it looks a lot better than the four or five I built in the 80's...and I still have two of them! I still have 2 unbuilt AMT/ERTL Eagles, too...love them Eagles, I do!

Nice job, Rob. I never knew there was a decent plastic kit of the Eagle! You've made it look positively fantastic, even if it might have been a "dog".

Have you ever kitbashed any of those Eagles? I've got one of the AMT kits that I picked up a couple years back as part of a lot. The landing pads were gone, so I've since scrapped it. Part of it is set aside for eventually construction as a sort of "scout" - Chicken Hawk? - and the rest is going in to the construction of a Battlestar Galactica-esque refinery ship.

Anyhow, just curious.
