Heh, yeah, I'd like to see some pics of these rare kits also. Can't find anything on the net on these. The standard Bandai ones (that I have) are easily found online (pics anyway).

I will have to figure how to post images though...

Anyone have links to places that would either sell or even show pictures of these vinyl 1/35 Patlabor (or the 24ths for that matter). I'd dearly love a X-0 35th...

I aim to make a web site once I get mine built. And the dioramas. I have a dream... :)

I'd love to see pics of the 1/24 Ingram kit. Nice find! I have a nearly complete 1/35 collection, between MG, EX, and vinyl. The X-0 is very nice, but mine is missing the little Gaurdbot... I had this plan to cast a bunch of them chasing Ohta. I was so disapointed when I found it was missing.

I have the 1/60 as well, it has some wierd proportion problems and Im afraid of that vinyl add on armor that mine came with.

you have got to get the 1/35 Patlabor 2 with the light chip, its awesome and MG as well so assembly is a breeze.

Reopening an old thread here... :)

I've been stockpiling Patlabor models for a few years now, and am gearing up to start making models again (and I'm not starting on the Patlabor ones). I want to make sure I'm up to doing the best job possible before I start.

I have a near full set of 1:35 Bandai Patlabor models (excluding the Exttlabor model), and a few of the 1/60th series.

A 1:35 X-0 would be a find. I didn't actually know it existed.

Nor did I know about the 1:24th series either. Resin isn't my fav though.

If I remember correctly it was made by Kaiyodo, I also got their 1/35 TV-Series Ingram and 2 1/60 kits by Bandai.

I have no idea what you're talking about. But I guess it's an incredible feeling. 10 years! Wow. I'm happy for you.

The Postman today delivered a rather larger and heavy parcel at my doorstep.

Whoever said that dreams don't come true ...
Inside was a Resin-Kit that I have been wanting for close-on 10yrs.

Volks 1/24 AV-98 Ingram(No.2) from "Patlabor 2 The Movie"

Would like to get all 4 kits that were released but I reckon at USD240 a pop and the rarity of those kits it will remain a dream.

Lets just hope that Kaiyodo will also soon come through and I can get "Water-003" the last kit in the Girls-Tech Skin series that I am missing.

Bought it about 7yrs ago but the kit was badly damaged and Kaiyodo said it was OOP and thus no parts were available.
