I sent you an email in regards to this kit yesterday afternoon.  No response as of this time.  Interested in possibly getting one of these.

Since I'm loosing track of who I spoke to about this, and I really hate this sort of thing, I'll post it up here anyway. For those interested, the kits are available through me at www.x-factorproductions.com. Please forgive the shameless plug

I don't mean to be insulting, but I just realized something.  Your kit isn't accurate to the TOS episode.  The "upper decks" should be more rounded in the back, not have an overall teardrop shape.  The guys who did up the VFX used an AMT 1701 kit for Constellation - a kit which has a rounded aft upper decks area.

Just sayin' is all....

Otherwise, very nicely done!  Can we purchase the base separately, by any chance?  I definitely plan to purchase the Tholian Kit, regardless!

No offence taken, your critique is your opinion......period. To clear it up though................
Is it wrong? well that depends on your point of view. Obviously it is intended to be the Enerprise' sister ship, ergo, should obviously look like it......no? Also just because the budget didn't permit the manufacture of another Consitution Class ship and they chose to use AMT model kit doesn't mean the intent is lost on what it is supposed to be. So in a nutshell, I didn't feel it worthwhile to waste my time and money putting out what amounts to be a miniature version of a woefully inaccurate AMT kit.

Alrighty, then.  Not sure why you're coming across as so defensive, dude.  I was simply stating a fact of what's seen on-screen.

Guess you're not selling the Constellation base by itself...?

Giffworks: Like I said before, I am not offended. Oh...........no, I'm not selling the base seperately, sorry 'bout that. It was actually a last minute part I added when I was doing the build-up and noticed "Wow , that ain't right"
