Alliance enterprise E
Posted by Anonymous on Saturday, November 26, 2005 9:18 PM
I bought an enterprise E model from "Alliance" a while back for those of you who don't know about it, it's all resin, and the whole thing is beautiful aside from a large amount of small air bubbles on the bottom od the saucer section. Normally I'd scrape them out and fill them and sand them but there is so many in crevaces  that all the bubbles line up and would make a trench in areas that would be near impossible to work in. Does anyone know if I can get a replacement one from them?

Yeah, that's where I got it but I bought it allmost 2 years ago and just now feeling like I have enough experience to tackle it. I didn't notice it when I first got it because I didn't really have an eye for it.

Chris can you make your own post just dedicated to harassing him? It's getting to the point where you're pissing everyone else off too.

Back to our program.......................Yes I'd contact them its worth a try. Not sure about the time lapse though. They also haven't had any in stock lately. I just ordered one of their newly re-released Romulan Scout ships and both nacelles had huge bubbles at the tips. They are sending me new ones. The head is cocked too that. resin kits just are not flawless, but you have to draw the line somewhere. Let us know what they say.

Well Chris,

I am going to say this as nice as I can here, for one I am not this Modelator, for two this is really getting old this torch you carry for me. This forum is for discussion of models,or the topic that is presented. And it would be nice if you could let this go once and for all. I am quite sure you have better things to do except harrass me on this site. Well I will say this once,I have changed and I am contributing to this site,as you were already told by others in different threads. I am not going anywhere,I am here to stay until the Moderators of this site say different.I am sorry you are still upset about the NX kit,but all I can say is go buy one if you want it that badly. It would be appreciated that you either participate in this forum and contribute or go glue something, but Please let this go. It would be appreciated by all of us.Thanks

Chris, I think this whole thing smells of fish too, but I'm keeping my opinions to myself. You can't keep hijacking threads like this, its serving no purpose for anyone. Take a deep breath and just try to ignore the many "incarnations" that seem to be popping up. I'd hate to see you get banned over this. My 2 cents.

Outstanding! Hard beating customer service like that. That's why they have so many repeat customers.

Chris, thanks.
