My ultimate dio (Lupin III)

I'll also post this in the dio thread but I post it here because we do a lot of lighting and this could be considered fantasy. This is a dio I built for AWA (Anime Weekend Atlanta). It won first place in dios. It is based on a Japanese cartoon (Anime) called Lupin the Third. It has working music and lights in the datsun 210 wich is wired to the innards from a toy electionic PT Cruiser. The headlights on the 210 light up and plays chase music when buttoms are pushed on the key pad. The Fiat is wired to the remote controller from a toy airplane granting it machine gun and jet engine sounds. The dash, headlights, and jet engine exhaust light up.  The toy plane plugs into the Fiat using an earphone jack that i toook out of something and I attached an ear phone plug to the plane controller. So all I needed inside the car were the lamps. Next time I will use LEDS. BTW the rally wheels and tires on the fiat are some cheap wheels from an old chevy snap tight Malibu police car. They were hollow in the back and I had to fill them. Here are the pics. Enjoy...

Actually I do do that now. I built this about 2 years ago. As mush work as I put into this monster it never even crossed my mind. It was one of those projects that just kept growing...and growing. The Easter Isand head was made from a Khalua Mug (sp?). I filled the mug and the handle with plaster of paris and painted it grey. I whetherit with some sable brown and dusted it with  woodland scenics grass to creat a moss effect. I also used woodland scenics molds and plaster to make the artificial cliff rocks.
