another finemolds falcon thread
Posted by dublove on Wednesday, February 15, 2006 5:01 AM
Hi all

Let me first start off by saying there is some
extraordinary
talent here.  My jaw drops at some of these crazy builds.

A millenium Falcon though is my goal atm i'm building up to it first though with lots of other kits.  But this fine Moulds version seems to be 'the' kit to go for,  do you guys think it is worth buying it now even though I don't plan to build it for about a year or so?  I'm concerned it's a limited production.

Thanks

James H

I cant imagine the price of it going down any time soon so I would buy it, see what it has to offer and get an idea on what skills you will need to pick up to do it justice to your liking. There's no rule against having a model you know you wont work on for a while I think we all have those, in fact, I have about 60 of those
I am a man, But I can change. If I have to....I guess...

Buy them when you can. Fine Molds has stated that they will only produce it seasonally (Christmas time).

Then there's the big mandible angle controversy.
