And its a scratchbuild.  You can see pics after the construction is finished here.  And you can check out the progress pics here.

I know some of the stuff is not so great, so is to be expected on a first attempt, but where do you think I should focus on improving for the next build?

I don't think anyone could say more than just keep at it. Scratch building is a most rewarding hobby. One thing I did notice was that you did a great job matching up all those duplicate parts (such as on the feet) without casting them upThumbs Up [tup] Its a talent to do repetitive work like that.

Your not wrong.. It amazes me how you guys can put so much effort into it.. As for where to improve.. For me, as someone that hasnt really done alot of scratchbuilding. All I could say is, I really dont know.. You had a vision. You put it on paper. And then you built it.. Takes talent to do that.. Thanks for sharing. Great work!

Haha, that looks awsome. You got a good imagination to come up with a thing like that. What is it anyway? I can tell it's some sort of two-legged vehicle but what's it for?

Anyway, really cool stuff. Are you going to add any paint to it or just leave it at that?

Busy painting now, I'm more of a miniature painter, so I want to wait till I'm finished before posting any pics.  :)

I've been working on a writing career for a few years now, I think I'm getting close to writing something that is publishable in the mainstream.  I built this to send in some artwork with my new novelette, once the painting and base is finished I am going to take a slew of pics and send off a disc along with the story.
