Hey guys, just an update pic of the BC. I just finished spraying the third color. Masking is a pain but it turning out pretty good. I just can't seem to work alot on it lately.

Nicely coming together.  What colors are you using??

Kind of ironic. I just blew up one of those playing Armada.  It's nice to see some Trek models.  Maybe we ought to try a gallery thread of finished ships for ST's 40th in Sept.

I'm not blowing this one up!!Big Smile [:D]

Seriously, thanks. The colors started out as a Tamiya purple, med. blue and grey mix. Each layer is a lightened version of the original. Next I need to take some and darken it for yet another shade. There are also a lavender and a rust color. I'm going to try a dark wash then a lighter overspray. I hope it works. All the masking is taking a while.

As for a ST gallery, sounds great. I hope I have this finished by then.

Hey StevenQ, I gotta cherry bomb for that thingyEvil [}:)]Mischief [:-,]Whistling [:-^] heheClown [:o)]  And cassibill, that ST gallery sounds like a grand idea.  Think maybe a PM to David Voss would be in order to see about this.
