Well this is what I have been working on for the past couple of months. The Death Shadow from the anime "My Life in Arcadia" and a couple of other names but in short form Captain Harlock. Last night I mounted it a window box. I All that remains is a wash. There are fibre optic "blinkies" in the bow and an led in teh rear engine. It is a versmall kit only about 6 inches or so in lenght. It will be entered , along with others , in the Liberty Con art contest this Friday Lord sparing...

The interioe of the hull. If you look closely can see the two tiny fibre optic threads which run up to the "horns" up front...

Final coats of paint and detail applied. Still awaiting a wash...

How old is this kit? it has been around for quite some time hasnt it?

Couple that up with the Queen Emaraldas and that would be quite a display!

Welll is it is approx 20 years or more old. Sadly I didn't win this time, but I got many honorable mentions from th aart staff and one individual got so inspired they made a ballon sculpture of it that was autioned off! I have to get the pic of it off my friend's camera...

The felt still needed smoothing out in these pics and it still needs the wash. (I still haven't done the was I ran out of time!LOL)

I still have some minortweaking on my Arcadia but I'll make another thread for it...
