Steve, love them both.. I have about 5 of the old 1/48 X-Wings packed away, with a nice stash of the old Darth Ties as well..

You did a great job on both of them.. Your X-Wing looks almost identicle to one I did a while back. You can see pics of it on this thread. I also built a Y-Wing to go with it..

Again, excellent work, and would love to see how the bases end up aswell!.. For a 30 year old kit, the 1/48 is the best one out there I think (except for the pilot).. Although cant wait for the Fine Molds version..

I have recently taken an interest in Star Wars modeling and here are some things I pounded out over the last month or so....... the displays themselves aren't finished, but the kits are done.
