Here is the the AMT Klingon Cruiser. I painted it with craft paints and Floqul RR colours. I'm usually a tread head, so I'm trying something different. Any comments good or bad are appreciated. Fire away!

Very nice! What did you use for a wash? The Klingon stuff is really starting to grow on me.

Thank for the feedback. The main hull color is Floquil enamel Railroad color NYC Jade Green. I really like their RR line. The shading was done mostly with a variety of craft paints like at the big chain stores. They are cheap at ~1$ and very forgiving. The washes are done with a 5mm pencil and just a little Tamiya acrylics. TD3348, I'm having indie track withdrawal.Big Smile [:D]

The color of that cruiser just jumps out at you.I love it.Personally I never knew indy links existed until 4 or 5 years ago.I got a DML M-46 as a gift and thought th separate links and guide teeth were insane. Now I love'em and gotta have'em.As soon as I get my new hobby room finished (meaning when we get a new house) I'm gonna dip into the sci-fi stuff once again.

Same here on the indie links. I find Sci-fi a nice diversion.

Star Wars and U-Boats are my diversions from armor.I'd really like to get that new Star Destroyer from Revell Germany. Not to mention some of the 1/72 scale subs that are out there.
