Constitution class USS Defiant

This is my first post here. I just completed a Defiant for my son. It's not perfect but I enjoyed building it and learned a lot.

That's the Polar Lights kit?? Man, you had me going. I thought that was one of the 22" cutaway Enterprise kits, all finished out.

Impressive. MOST impressive!

As I've said before, elsewhere Bryan, excellent job!  That's a most impressive build.   Now you just need to build a Tholian base diorama around it.  Big Smile [:D]

Thats a great idea but I gave this one to my 22 yr old son who loves Trek as much as I do.LOL! But, I am definately keeping that diorama in the back of my mind bro! My friend , Patlaborunit is a local friend of mine and he is selling me another PL 1/1000 kit, so who knows! Thanks for the compliments on the ship guys I appreciate it.

Null perspiration, Chummer!  It's well deserved.

BTW, I've got plans to attempt to recreate that scene in 1/2500 scale.  I've got the Asteroid Base that Starship Modeler sells and in fact purchased it w/that intent.  If not an exact recreation - with lights, BTW! Or at least some basic lights in the drydock itself - than something similar, but maybe with a Federation flavor.  I dunno yet.
