Yeah. The hull are 2 solid parts.

Here's some better pix of the kit masters from Alfred's site:

For the money, I think it's worth it. But if it's not available, what's the point?

I believe Fantastic Plastic may one day produce a 1:72 scale one. (IIRC, Allen was one of the handful of people that actually recieved one of these Landmasters from MiM.) It'll probably by very nice too. But I do like the larger scale and detailed interior Alfred put together for MiM (not that I'd give them any of my money). As for the flexible section, I think anyone can just cut that part out and use some kind of doped fabric to make it look like the movie miniature.

It looks good except for the connecting sections.  They were sort of corrugated with material of some kind for flexability on the real vehicle.  I may have missed it on the kit but it looked like a solid piece.

That kit has been unavailable for years. I think they only sold a handful at the time of initial release. I don't know why it's still on the site.

Thanks for the link , I went to the website and typed in Landmaster and it did not come up.

I know what you mean ...$125.00 is a lot for me.

how about 1/72nd scale with no interior- to bring the price down to earth.

wow! nice with an interior. Ok, A.  Wong made it, if I had the cash I would grab it knowing that it will not be a turkey of a kit! ;-)

Fantastic scale, I figured maybe 1/72, but 1/35...........imagine the possibilities, grab the Japanese Recon bike and add it to the back end.......

Here's their web site:  http://www.monstersinmotion.com/catalog/

They have some very interesting items, including a 1/48th Gunstar, that I'm working on now.

i just searched all over teh MIM site and could not find it there.

Can you find it again and post a link?

I got a resin Hawk from them last year, looks like a recast of the Airfix kit......Im sure there was not a injected D*A terracruizer kit but it may be a "garage " resin kit so expect to do the typical low production run cleanup.  But, I get more satisfaction out of a kit I need to work with than a shake' n ' bake.

Has any one purchased and built the Landmaster model from the movie Da*nation Alley from Monsters In Motion yet? Interested in hearing what it is like and what kind of build it is. Thanks!
