LOL! That is pretty nice. Thumbs Up [tup]

Is it a kit, a kit-bash or a conversion? How big is it overall?

Again, very nice.

At work, so I don't have the size but its probably around 35mm in length. It's a combination of resin after-market kit (the boosters) and Hasegawa's 1/72 Valkyrie from the Macross series. The combo was briefly seen in one of the episodes in the TV series. It's been one of my 'grail' kits for a long time. There's also a launch stand that goes with it. Once I've finished that (in a couple of weeks) I will post update pics here too.

Sweet!

Very impressive.

It reminds me of one of those massive boosters that the soviets built for the space race.Bow [bow]

You got a telegram from headquarters today. Headquarters--what is it? Well, it's a big building where generals meet, but that's not important right now. [ img] f_armorsecretm_ac7eb73[/ img]

Well, I actually referenced a Vostok rocket for the red in the boosters! So - well spotted. Perhaps the original designer (Shoji Kawamori?) was inspired by them also.
