Photoetch stairs?

You talking about these?   They are not full stairs,  just slant railings without the treads.  Note too the stanchion needs to be installed into pre-drilled holes which are spaced properly.   I've not found this sort of railing to be easily used.  

If these are what you want, check with JADAR of Poland.   IIRC, they are a subsidiary of Mirage of Poland and handle other Polish companies stuff.

My preferred photoetch inclined ladders are either Gold Medal Models, White Ensign, or L'Arsenal.  They are ladders with side rails and treads.  Fold up the side rails to a U-shape, then erect the stair treads to be parallel with the deck.

The inclined ladders (stairs) that come from Gold Medal, White Ensign and other such manufacturers are surprisingly easy to use, even for a clumsy, arthritic OF like me. These all in one units fold easily and with the included tread make a dramatic difference in the look of your ship model. Once the sides are folded I use a set of long needle nose tweezers to simply bend the treads parallel with the deck! WS

I can see bending the stair treads in 1/350, but 1/700? Nooooooooooooooo, much to small even for my fingers.

Thanks for the suggestions. The Gold Medal inclined ladders look to be perfect for my uses.

I am not going to use them for their intended purpose, but rather louvers in a 1/24 airconditioner!

Gold Medal and WEM can both be recommended. Gold Medal may be preferred in 1/700 - being slightly thicker, they're easier to work with. Even in 1/700, however, they're not too difficult to fold into shape. You probably have a scalpel blade or rectangular-cross-section file which you can use as a former, and a pair of flat-nosed pliers to press them into shape.

Or you get a PE Folding Tool; works great for me, especially on those extremely small PE pieces!

Except that PE folding tools are hugely expensive for what they are, and don't do the job any better than the tools I've described.
