Thanks for the info. The way "cyber-hobby" was written I thought it was some sort of generic description of hobby product supply via the web.

Both are based in Japan and may be able to ship to Okinawa faster than Dragon-Cyberhobby which is a state-side operation.  I've dealt with HLJ and have had no problems.

For Rick -- Cyberhobby is Dragon's online merchandizing arm in the US.  It is not a cottage industry operation.  In addition to Dragon, Cyberhobby carries several other prouct lines.

Can't speak for the US, but over here delivery times are fairly good for items ordered online and advertised as "in stock".

However, I rarely buy from "Cottage Industry" companies, who, I understand, do not keep big stocks and produce to order. Consequently, production time has to be factored into the delivery time.
