OK so here it is. my model of the USS Sangamon CVE-26, scale is 1:72

My friend Albert Moser took this picture in the summertime, poutside in my garden:

 

After that he worked on it with photoshop and thats what it looks like now:

 

I'm pretty sure that some of you will like it or?

Very nice work, and it such a scale for that type of project. I have trouble finding space for my 1/700 ships!

Outstanding!  That's a model I could study in detail for hours.  The photo effect is especially dramatic.  How did you do the water base?  What materials did you use?

and thanks a lot for your kind words .

The water base was done in my favorite way, for which I use (don't laugh) toilet paper, wall paper glue, tranparency silicone and some colors.. I you want to know how I didi it exactly, take a look at my website please, here is the link:
