Bismarck colour scheme (again)

Ok guys, I'm at the stage on my Bismarck project when I've decided the period at which I'm going to model her, and it's to be in the Baltic in March 1941. I've done some fairly extensive research, and to me the colour scheme seems to be:

• Hull below the waterline: Schiffsbodenfarbe III Rot 5.
• Waterline: Schiffsbodenfarbe III Grau I
• Hull above waterline except as noted below, deck fittings, vertical surfaces of superstructure: Hellgrau 50
• Formost and aftermost sections of hull sides, main and secondary armament, roofs of main and secondary turrets, bridge gratings, mainmast: Dunkelgrau 51
• 'Painted-on' bow and stern waves: white
• Disruptive vertical striping: black/ white
• Wooden decks: teak
• Steel decks: Dunkelgrau 2.

Any thoughts about the accuracy or otherwise of these suggestions? Any additional thoughts? Finally, any thoughts about how close RLM23 is to the red of the German National Flag?
