Here are some pics of the first ship that ever got painted and finished. I am not counting the ones that fell victim to fire crackers when I was a kid. I know, its not perfect and it has some inaccuries but I am still pretty happy about it the way she turned out. But suggestions for improvement are most welcome. I had the hardest time painting the hull with the boot line. I ended up painting the boot line first and then te upper and theunder water hull. Any tips as on how to to do it easier if there are no reference lines left on the hull after sanding?

She looks very good, maybe a little bit of wash could take the sharper edges off, but she looks good still. On the boot-top line, try to use a ship line maker.  like found below,
