According to the ShipCamouflage.Com database, she was Measure 22 for part of 1945. This was most likely after her June-ish overhaul, and means she would have been painted in the revised camouflage measures called out for in February of that year. The one problem is that as a member of DesRon 21, she would have been slated for Measure 21, not 22.
Regardless, you'd have to do some updating to the kit as Fletcher's AA fit had changed by 1945. There were many other ships painted in Measure 22 in 1943 though, as you should see on the database page for the class; many of them with excellent histories.
