I might suggest "mixing and matching".

Whatever PE details you have left over can be used on future projects.

Just a thought.

 Hey Ed, I ordered a bunch of generic Rails, 3and 5 bar type, a generic Navy Destroyer, WEM WW2 US navy doors and hatches,, cable reels,  USN light anti aircraft weapons and fittings, Toms rail set, Toms WW2 naval radar, Toms Destroyer and Escort... the list goes on. LOL

2)  The Buchanan kit with the Cyberhobby upgrade has everything you need, prefit to the kit, with the possible exception of the midship searchlight tower and the masthead radar (rails, MK37, propguards. ladders, brackets, etc).   The Gold Medal Models set which is not available yet will provide everthing currently available on the Dragon/Cyberhobby sets plus more.  The latter radar is provided.   Only the searchlight lattice tower is provided,  the slant-railed basket is MIA.

I ordered and have now Dragons USS Buchanan DD -484, the 1/350 smart kit. I ordered a bunch of different photo etch for the different ships I have, but which one would fit this kit?
