Check it out! The updated kit 1/72 scale VII C info says that there will be five different ship (decal) schemes to choose from! incuding the U-552 early and late model versions! The release date is still EARLY Dec!

OK....I goofed...let me put it this way....

There will be five different decal 'options' in the VII C kit.....they don't do it like MRC does with their chopper kits!

Sounds great! I'll definitely be bulding one. I hope they put as much effort into making this a beautiful ship as Tamiya and the other companies do with armour models these days.

Too bad they are not also doing a fleet boat ... maybe in the future? Now THAT would be cool.

Then they can do the I-400 in 1/72nd, complete with 1/72nd scale float plane! [:0]

Ive already pre-ordered the kit....and I cant wait! I'm not a ship modeler by any means but when I saw this....I had to have one! Now to find a spot to display it in.....That will be a challenge all on its own.

On a side note...since Im not a ship modeller and dont know very much about ships that arent modern could someone guide me to some refrence sites so I can start looking around and learning what I might need to know about this type of ship?

Question [?] ]
The VII C is grand, but where can I find some 1/72 scale crew for this and my 1/72 scale Revell "S-Boot"?
