LCAC diorama need - 1/144 softskin vehicles
Posted by rockythegoat on Sunday, November 9, 2008 9:15 AM

I posted the following over on the Armor page, thought guys here may have some answers also.  I'm doing a dio with the Trump 1/144 LCAC and have some Dragon 1/144 M1A1 tanks (diecast).

Does anyone make any softskin vehicles in 1/144, such as Hummers, Trucks, etc?  Either kirs or diecast?  Modern era is what I need.

I've checked Squadron and Internet Hobbies, but no luck so far.

Thanks!

Yes, sir, indeedy they will work!  Only Hummer I've seen in this scale.

Being that I am your basic tight---, I won't pay for shipping for Hong Kong, however, I know what to look for stateside now.  Also got some good ideas for vehicles for the good ole 1/144 Airfix SR4 hovercraft from this guys listing.

One of the guys over on the Armor thread also told me about the Dragon "CanDo" line for those who may be interested.  They have some excellent M1A1 tanks, Bradley's, and MLRS

Thank you, FireCap!
