Not a question for an easy answer.

The Cleveland & Miami are straight Skywave/Pitroad rerelease.

Many others are classic Warship updates or rereleases.

And a handful of destroyers are brand new molds by Midship models (Gridley/ Benham class & Mahan class).   Those were previously unobtainable, therefore pretty exotic to the injected plastic market.  And being Midship's first release, they had some problems/ challenges.  And now it appears that they are going out of production, so I may not have enough of tmem in my stash.  Life is one dilemma after another.

i'm a n00b for the most part.

is midship models the same as skywave/pit road ?  i've got a bead on a boat my grand dad served on, but want to make sure it's the same kit.  the old boy served on a cleveland class cruiser in the pacific.  the skywave model cl-55 is what i've seen, is the mid ship cleveland class the same model?

thanks in advance.
