Questions from a ship newbie
Posted by Boba Fett on Sunday, January 4, 2009 2:15 PM
Just the day before yesterday, I went to a hobby shop and found a great deal on a 1/542nd Revell USS. Forrestal Cv-59 kit. I am really new to ships, in fact, I've only built 3 beefore this one! (One coastguard rigged ship, and 2 easy builder of a PT-boat and destroyer. I'm not sure on all the ins and outs of building carriers and ships but could anyone provide a little assitance before I start? I'm looking on how to best assemble it and provide some more detial (example, there are some whip antennas on the sides which I'm guessing were not in real life the size of a car in radius!).I'll post a WIP when I do so I can get some extra guidance from you guys! Thank you all!

Sorry is this was redundant. For some reason, the search feature is giving me problems. No, I didn't get tired of the armor, but I build a bit of everything. Those tiny PE handles did get annoying though... Thanks for the help!
