Stevens International in New Jersey is the US distributor for Trumpeter. You could try contacting them. Good luck...

Stevens is the US importer if you are in the USA, and good luck as I have never had good results in getting replacement parts from them. Awful customer service. I have on occasion sent a kit back to the e-tailer for a refund and re-ordered it a later time to circumvent getting stuck with a bum kit.

Sorry Firecaptain but, I just had cause to order a lost part for my Trumpeter 1/35 Railway Gun.

Laura Carney at Stevens International responded to my e-mail query within 24 hours asking for

the kit number, where I had purchased it,  my mailing address, and a request for $5.00 for

postage and handleing.  I had my missing part in a week.

Best of luck

Ray

Ray,

you are indeed a lucky one. Back in November I notified Stevens about missing parts from the Trumpeter Astoria Kit (both B sprues were missing!). This is January 12 and I never received them from Stevens. Again, I say to the original poster looking for Arizona parts: Good Luck. WS
