1/350 accessories

thanks for the info, after I finish the USS Emmons for my dive instructor I plan to build another in waterline diorama with her fighting inbound Kamikazis just prior to being hit by one here off Ie Shima. 

as for being picky with the mk 9 depth charges... I have a pad habbit of getting overly picky.. I need the reality check sometimes.

Anchor Chain -- Look at the model railroad side of the hobby shop for HO scale chain.  Campbell brand chain at 45 LPI is good.   I've also used the Tiger chain (extra fine) for destroyer-sized projects.  I found Tiger at an armor model vendor's stand.

Mk9 (Tear-drop shaped) Depth Charges -- Generally ship modelers haven't gotten so anal so as to do the tear drop shaped depth charges.   Normal practice is some Evergreen rod of appropriate diameter, cut to length.  Yankee Modelworks sells some white metal ashcans (cylinders).  If you must go with tear drops -- sand some Evergreen rod to shape,

Zeros -- Look at the aftermarket airwing for the Hasegawa Akagi
