These cannon appear to be the predecessors of the 24LB Naval Long Gun, as well as all the other standardized cannon that became popular after this time.  This link is from a BBC TV Series and if you are in GB you can watch episodes on the net. Apparently us Yanks are out in the cold with only the snippets to watch.  The team that found the ship is re-casting sample cannon to test them with actual loads.  History is still being rewritten!
