thank you AARON . the reason I asked that ,is , I thought I would try my hand at a diorama using ITALERI,S  L.C.V.P. and I didn,t really want to try to cut that hull down ....tankerbuilder

I'm pretty sure Glenn did use the entire hull. He built the edges of the display base up so theat with the keel of the boat resting on the bottom the edge of the base match the LSSC's waterline. When he poured in the Envirotex Lite it rose to the right point.

That article was great . I know what kind of engines the SWIFT BOAT had . I did not know that the LSSC had FORD interceptor engines . I wonder though , did the builder use the whole hull?? Still a great build ...TANKERBUILDER
