I need some opinions....

I have a friend whom is a scifi(garage kit) resin kit manufacturer. He has gotten the 1/72 Revell Type VII kit and is dissatisfied with the 88mm deck gun. He has asked me to throw this out to everyone for opinions. He is working on doing a replacement resin and photoetch deck gun. I know CMK has one already(he does not like that one either). Preliminary drawings being done, he would like input on what details you would like to see. Would you like the plug and rope molded on or seperate? Gun stowed or ready for action? What other details would you like to see incorporated? He wants to see what kind of interest is generated to see it would be worthwhile doing a full run. And yes, he is keeping it under his hat for now and that is why I am doing the post. (I hope to get a copy or two as compensation later).
