Fujimi Battleship Ise HAS ARRIVED!!
Greetings: Just to let everyone know that if you pre-ordered the Fujimi Battleship Ise from Free Time Hobbies that it apparently is shipping. I got mine about an hour ago and after my initial glance it appears to be very well done. It comes with the brass barrels and the 2nd set of sailors in working poses. Also the entire rear deck that is under the carrier conversion is also engraved which leads me to believe that Fujimi plans to release the full battleship version in the future. The carrier conversion assembly has the enclosed hull sides attached to it and then this whole assembly is glued over the rear deck. Actually one could probably build the battleship version by copying the turrets from the kit and adding them to the stern of the main deck. The rest of the details could be gotten from the spare parts box or scratch built. Once again a big thank you to Brandon and Free time Hobbies for excellent service. Sincerely Michael Lacey
