I love the Star of India. I've been on that many times.

Did you get a chance to go on the aircraft carrier?

The midway is difinitely a good way to spend a day in San Diego. my wife and I went there last fall. I recommend it to anybody that ever makes the trip.

Hi Folks,

While I was in San Deigo, I was able to get a few shots of the ships in the Harbour. HMS Surprise, Star of India, a Foxtrot etc.  Great City, Real Clean Plus a cruise night n "El Cojon" and the Pacific Ocean.  What really ticked me off was that I was not able to go sailing on board the America it was not for lack of trying, they did not feel it was worth the time to cruise with only 3-5 paying customers.  I found out that they are under contract to sail if OnLY 1 person books cruise.  I was told by the Museum to follow up with a Complaint which I will do so tomarrow.
