rails on a scale of 1:200
Posted by Anonymous on Tuesday, December 16, 2003 10:19 AM
Hi,

I'm just new on this forum but first my compliments of the models I saw. Really great.I live in the Netherlands, so forgive me when my english isn't very clear. But now, I've a problem with builing my Smitwijs Rotterdam. I want to make a detailt model of it so I also want some rail on it. The rail which was in the kit isn't fine at all. So I have to make them by myself. Does anyone have a tip for me? The height of the rail is about 0.7cm. I hope my problem is clear and someone knows a answere.

some pictures of my model: www.geocities.com/kor_vanessen/fotossmitwijsrotterdammodel.htm

they make photoetched railing but you'd have to look around online to find the right stuff.

There's a couple of compaines that produce 1/200 scale railings...either of these are fine for your project.
