This is for everyone that answered my post on these . Well a friend in CALIFORNIA remembers them too . It seems there were three small (40 foot and smaller ) They were done by a subsidiary of OTAKI . They were marketed as cabin cruisers and day boats . The instructions told how to convert to the U.S.C.G. specs and what parts you needed . So IT seems we were ALL right . I wish that they would come back along with LINDBERG,S CHRIS CRAFT 30 foot express cruiser . As far as REVELL is concerned ,That abomination of a CHRIS-CRAFT need never see the light of day again , as far as I am concerned . The thing was poorly molded as a Chris Tri Cabin and didn,t get any better as a sport fisherman (WHICH WAS RARELY ,IF EVER DONE)Sorry ,I let my acidity out . REVELL , if they got their act together could knock a lot of folks out of the box .Question , when are they gonna do it ?????
