U-Boot Type VII C, Revell 1/144
Posted by Viktor1982 on Wednesday, September 9, 2009 2:12 AM

Hello there!

It's been a month since I started working on my first sub and I would need some help.

This is as far as I have gone, but I was told tha t the camouflage patttern is wrong, since the deck was wooden!

So, could youplease tell me how to paint the deck of my U-boot and continue with the painting!

Thanks guys!

Nice looking Boot.

The camo across the deck would actually make sense from an aerial point of view.

Look through this document twords the bottom where Decking is discussed.

Cheers.

Eric...

That is a great article. I especially liked the part on seagrowth on the hull. It is near the end of the piece and labelled "Grassline". Anybody doing a weathered ship should read it.

I'm from the government and I'm here to help.

The article is really helpful and thank you for that!

The bad point is that I am currently overwhelmed by workload and the project has fallen behind!
