Yes sir, building great big beautiful ships.

USS San Francisco CA38 Heavy Cruiser; 1/350 Trumpeter 1942- 25% complete.

SS Mission Carmel T2 Tanker; 1/400 Revell- 50% complete.

Knyaz Suvorov Russian Battleship; 1/350 Zvezda- Not started.

IJN Mikasa Japanese Battleship; 1/350 Hasegawa- force myself to finish the Suvorov first.

You guys ... *shakes head in disgust* Unlike myself, who can be totally and completely focused on a single project and crank out it out in a mere ... ummmm ... OK. So I got a little distracted! And there was that unanticipated move. Some things got misplaced, among them the project. And that one absolutely essential tin of WEM paint. For which I blame the cat. Always a convenient fall guy.

Anyway. Back to the subject at hand ... building ships, right?

Good!  Mine are all in long term lay-up.  Finishing Majestic burned me out for a while.

(Though I just finished a great book on Lusitania. I might be tempted if I run across one of the 1/350 kits in the LHS.)

I received the PE set for the Borodino / Suvurov today. $ 40 on top of a $ 30 kit. It'll be a good run-up before I tackle the several $ 100 kit of the Mikasa plus PE.

But first the T2. Fred, I'm on to it again. Post coming soon.
