Scott, I don't believe there is a kit made.  There is a scratch build on Modelwarships.com in 700th.  However, there is a 700th resin waterline of the Ropucha 2 classs LST made by H-P Models of Germany, kit # MN-SU-012.

I'm not aware of any Rogovs,  but Combrig makes a couple of Alligators.   I know they are different, but they may suit your needs.   Check with White Ensign Models, Freetime Hobbies, or Pacific Front Hobbies for availability
