US Carrier Deck photos 1950's

hi tried other posting for the answer , no joy - so giving this a try , i need photos of jeeps modified as an aircraft tug used on the us carries in korean conflict, they had the rear wheels moved inboard to centre line and engine removed and fitted with 24 v electric drive and an a frame at the front , they were painted yellow with name of carrier on bonnet side , i need photos of the rear part showing wheel arrangement and slave batteries fitted to side part cheers ian
