According to Navsource, this is a Cleveland Class Light Cruiser.  Free Time Hobbies has 4 models of this class.  1 @ 1/350 and 3 @ 1/700, + 1 @ 1/700 PE Set.  Search term: Cleveland.

Columbia was apparently the second ship built of this class, so the Cleveland (CL55) will probably be closer to it than the Miami (CL89).

Good luck!  Post pics if you can!

This weekend the city of Columbia, South Carolina will be honoring the crew of the light cruiser USS Columbia CL-56. Does anyone know of a kit that represents this ship, or a sister ship that may be converted? Thank you for any assistance on this.
