Need help in picture posting.

  I have recently become adjusted to the "new and improved" Forum format, which at first I did not really like. I miss the old smiley faces, but can someone please instruct me how to post pictures and photos ? In the past, one would press the edit image on the toolbar, which does not function now, then paste the picture. What are the steps  to present pictures on the Forum ? I am computer illiterate on the technical language, so please advise me in newspaper English. Your help would be sincerely appreciated.  Thanks.
